Well, the one on the left has nearly DOUBLE the calories, per 100ml. (so x 5 cause you probably ain't gonna share this 😁) 
At the same price.
Which one would fit your weight goals better?
And this might apply to your total daily and weekly nutritional regime.

➡️This is a prime example of our obesogenic environment.

Nearly all year round there are special holiday snacks, readily available.
But most people do not take this into account as an add on to their 'normal' diets.
Because 'hey, I don't eat this all year round'.
That's a lot of extra calories.
➡️A lot of tasty, fun, 'cultural', well placed, cheap and well marketed, extra calories.

And there's not really anything wrong with it.
Besides actually being non - nutritional and bad for your teeth.

As long as you keep these cheap bonus calories in perspective of your weight goals.
Albeit weightloss, staying stable or weight gain.

Learning how to include these nice snacks in your nutritional routine can make all the difference.

Consistently Finetuning awesome compound exercises like the Clean & Jerk  is a must.
And that can't be done by guessing.
There are hundreds of details, in this exercise, that play a role in safely executing the complete combination of movement chains, effectively.

You can still do a lot outside. Even with a lot le You can still do a lot outside. Even with a lot less material than we're using in this video. For instance a backpack or two, filled with books and/or big bottles of water or other liquids. Stay fit Y'all!
This morning @schutvictor did 4 rounds of:
Farmers walks with 57kg, 140mters. 
10 Landmine (LM) bent over rows, L&R, 15kg.
10 Landmine (LM) snatches, L&R, 15kg.
2 minutes boxing.
400 mtr running.
10 Landmine (LM) rotations, 15kg. 
10 Landmine (LM) presses, L&R, 15kg. 
2 minutes boxing.
400mtr run.

And as a finisher (as if the rest wasn't one long finisher 😂H. I. I. T) 👊🏻
a tabata, staying on the pole, with only his hands and toes touching! More core activation!
Victor makes it looks easy, be warned 🤔
BUT, with a wel filled backpack you can train all of these movement chains as well.

'This is satire folks. Anyway, the good news is that you can lose weight without tracking calories meticulously. It’s fine to do in the beginning for a dietary “audit”, and some may like to do it long term as an external cue for when to stop or continue eating.

I personally do not count my calories. I use a template style of eating (RP) and add or subtract food from meals as my goals or preferences change. I also deviate when wanted of course too.

My active work start of 2021. And I am happy and g My active work start of 2021. And I am happy and grateful. 
This picture is from 7:15 this morning, at 2°C.

I love that I am still able to do what I love. Helping others getting fitter and stronger, mentally as well as physically.
Yes, that differs very much, per person. 
And I love that I work with so many grounded yet strong minded, driven and thoughtful people! With a great sense of humour, every one of them. 

Life isn't always easy, but making sure to spend time around people you aspire to be like and can respect, helps.

It helps with staying the course. A lot.

Let's kick ass, all of us, together, wherever you are!

There are numerous advantages to different types of breathing. Think of breathing for a more effective yes or no effect. Proper breathing can also influence your sympathetic and parasympathetic systems.

Proper breathing techniques can also greatly improve your physical activities and performance. 
Plus, proper breathing and bracing can also greatly reduce the risk of injuries and or wear & tear. 

Many people say breathing comes naturally so it needs no attention. 

Uhu, just like eating and sleeping, and everyone is doing great with that right. 

Wrong. In general, you'll want to breathe and brace right before you apply more strength or power. 

In this video, I go through the how and why as to breathing and bracing as well as why some do it right, automatically, and why even some good coaches don't fully understand or simply disregard, the importance of it. 

So this is the start of a brand new series regarding breathing and bracing according to a wide range of movements, exercises, and sports. 

The main golden thread? Breathing down to your stomach and bracing (no, not navel in) right before you need to apply more energy, strength, power, or velocity. To be more effective and reduce the risk of injuries as well as improved recovery.
