When developing a sport-specific training programme, we start with an easy to do movement analysis, and specific tests where needed, tailored to your particular sport.

Aspects of focus:
Jump power – Start your sprint faster, jump higher, estimate your own capabilities better.
Reflexes – Improve your alertness and speed for when you need to react in a split second. This is focused on audio or visual stimuli.
Balance – Maximum balance for catching a ball, watching out for other people in your playing area, dodging other players or responding to
an unexpected tackle.
Core strength and stability – For every aspect of sport, it’s vital that your core is strong and flexible enough for you to be able to deal with anything.
