Arlin has been in charge of my physical sessions since December 2012. We’ve been doing sessions on the beach and in the forest, as well as in the gym and on the squash court. He uses lots of ‘out of the box’ fitness tools which create a lot of variety to the training. He’s not hesitant to do a session on the beach at 06:30 in the morning at minus 4 degrees either! His super positive attitude is contagious and he will get you in the shape you’ve always wanted. No doubt!
